New Member here from Europe. Livin' in Switzerland but move to France near Bordeaux. Have had actually the idea going back to the US but decided not to do it now. We decided to stay in the old world but we will movin to the Atlantic Coast. Spent parts of childhood as a neighbour of the Ponderosa Ranch (Yep the one with Hoss) and Truckee CA… Biker since 1982 but changed 2 wheels many years ago to 4 wheels. Have an old MGA 1600 Year 1961 which I brought from Truckee to Switzerland. I am buying now 2 wheels again as you might already know from the "Advise Thread". (Hell… shall I choose 175 or 125…)

Based in Southern California for the last 11 years. Young guy working in wholesale. Previous trades include work in film/tv and electrician. Hobby garage builder who likes old stuff: my 70’s harley ironhead rebuilt several times over, my custom campervan, an XS650 project, and rebuilding old tools. I just acquired a 1973 CT3 which Im sorting out so I can register it for dual use. Im getting the small metric bike bug already!

Hi, new member intro.
Two stroke fan who has done a few restos so far and now found a CT175 that looks like a bit of fun once cleaned up.
Likely to post a few questions on the rebuild, and where to find the hard to get bits. I've started the Ebay hunt and so far the boxes are arriving slowly.
Big thanks to KDI for helping out there.
Below is the actual barn find, and the other pic is what is should look like. If I get close to that level of perfection I'd be happy.

Hi All, New member who stumbled on your site yesterday looking for answers to the questions I had on my 74 DT 360 A. I've been on bikes since 1964 at 8 years old riding the brand new Gemini 50 minitrail I bought with my newspaper route money and have had bikes ever since. No one I knew had a bike but for some reason had to have one. Glad to be here.
