That type of riding or behavior leaves you destined to become a hood ornament…..
I had recently taken my SCR950 for a nice 125 mile ride to visit my brother. On the way home I rolled up on a young sport bike rider. We were moving along with traffic at 60 MPH when he turned to me and nodded as if to say "Let's pass these cars" at which point he hopped up from his pegs to his seat and passed 3 cars in a row with the bike stood straight up on its rear wheel.
That pass started at 60 MPH, and there was a strong enough crosswind to make it tough to hold your line. He had to be doing over 100 MPH as he passed the third car and disappeared into the horizon.
I've seen hundreds of videos where people pull those stunts in congested traffic. But this was the first and only time I've witnessed it at speed from the bike right next to me. I would've crashed just trying to go from my pegs to my seat!
It was the most impressive act of stupidity I've ever seen.

Have you replaced the brake shoes? You must do that! Clean the carb again and again. Take it all apart. Blow high pressure compressed air through all the passageways, not just canned air for your computer keyboard. Also, cook your exhaust pipe over an open campfire; they get loaded up with crud and that limits everything, especially your top speed.

Ha, looks like they are having a good time. Wish we could do that in the U.S. Oh wait, we do in L.A. quads and all.

100 mph from a 175? Absolute swollocks. It would need well over 40 bhp. 20 mph and clutching up the front end at best.

I think Columbians (and no offence intended) must be colour blind because they think all the traffic lights are green,, lol (but that green bike is well tuned up - certainly something to aim for) Now if they could ride like that in the woods!

I've had my modified DT175 to up over 90 mph (GPS verified) on a dry lake... speedo said a little over 100. That was with a stock pipe. Someday I hope to pull that engine out of the mothballs and build a pipe for it just to see how it does.
Those also seem to be later engines... Might be the same/similar to the Blaster that can get to 40HP without too much work. Yamaha even had a street legal DT200 that had something like 33 HP from the factory.
