only see chain guards listed for 74 year bikes and up.  did the 69 have one?  if not should i be adding one somehow? thanks for help

go over to yamaha legends and look at the parts book. (there may be one on this site, didn't see it) part#214-22311-00-35.
I was looking at mine the other day trying to figure out if a 4.0x18 would squeeze in there w/o rubbing.

would a 78 one fit a 69? cant find any 69 ones. cant find the case guard either for a 69.

it wont let me link ebay but anyone know if case guard item 327272262212 would work for a 69?  or how about a ct1 69?  226373298054 thanks
edited found this post and helps me to what im looking for but still wondering if a ct1 69 is compable? looks like a 71 which they say fits

CMSNL suggests upper and lower guards (see link), although one of them might have been optional.
