Took the carb and reeds to my friend that has an ultra sonic cleaner. Every hole was clogged.

One of the reeds is lifted up. It has nothing to do with the reed itself. The rubberizing on the reed block is uneven under the reed. Not sure how much of a head ache this is going to be.

You can see at the red arrow where its uneven.

Need to get an o ring for the petcock arm. Also does anyone know if the filter by the reserve stem is supposed to come out? I tired like hell and couldnt get it out.

The carb and bowl after the clean. I also need an o ring where the carb goes into the bowl.

Got the carb back on.

Might need some help at this part.

I used a jump pack on the battery, turned the key on and I have lights, turn signals and the e start cranks/works. Compression sounds good too.

I pulled the plug to see if there was spark and nothing. The ended up coming off. Anyone know if it can go back on or
do I need a new wire?

Also what on there needs to be cleaned to try and get spark?

Haha. They are grills, but the ultra sonic we used is for carb parts only.

Nevermind,

Got her running off carb cleaner. Pulled every wire off the stator and sanded and contact cleaned.

Now to clean the tank.

For the record that shift lever is incorrect for an e start bike.

I assume you meant the end came off? Mine comes off on a CT-2 I own, too. I just stuff it back on, and it runs just fine.
Someone else will help you on what to clean. I have five 125cc bikes, but they all start and run just fine, so I have not tried to fix them, since they are not broken.

I think he meant offset is incorrect...  correct shifter is offset to clear the ignition cover.

If you are commenting on me, I was talking about the spark plug connection between the cap and the wire itself. But, yes, the shifter is more rounded and hangs outside the starter cover.
