Does anyone know where I can get the O ring that fits between the expansion chamber and muffler? Yamaha part number 93210-27250. This is no longer available.
Or is there an alternative O ring available? I assume that this would be a heat resistant O ring and a standard O ring would not be suitable?

Those have been unavailable for a long while. I’ve used standard ones which don’t hold up well. Please post if you find a source for heat resistant ones!
IF it isn't one thing, it's another.

I’ve been searching McMaster-Carr online for them. Need some for a Dt125a also. Will post if I find anything.

I went to a seal shop today and they advised using a viton O ring, really helpful and seemed to know their stuff. I brought 2 sizes because I was not sure what OD I needed. Ended up using ID 29mm and OD 34mm.
Fits well, only time will tell if it lasts.

Still waiting on a front wheel to be delivered to finish off the front end then take it for a test ride. It's been harder to find a front wheel for a reasonable price than I thought it would be.

Not much going on with this one right now. Just waiting for parts.
I found a good front hub, having spokes made now to lace up a 19" rim.
Waiting for a new wiring harness to be delivered and a new petcock seal.
Looks like I will need a new needle and seat too.
I was hoping this project would move along a bit faster!

Not a whole lot of action going on here as I have been of riding my husky on a killer 3 day enduro ride. Today i got the front rim all laced up to the hub. Last week I ordered a 12v kit and ignition switch from rex.
As soon as the parts are in I hope to wire this thing up, then buy some tyres....... then see how she rides!
