Yes, and today I allready could fetch #60 from the customs!
Actually I cannot say anything about the pipe but I can recommend Dave's business absolute to everybody out of the US who is wondering if he want's such a pipe and how to get it. In my case I looked for a nice pipe at Ebay and let it send direct to Dave. I can recommend that way as the best for foreign customers who don't like to send their own pipe from abroad.
As soon as I can give some performance informations I will come up here again.
With best regards from Germany

If I were to have you do mine, for a RT3, what changes to jetting would you recommend if any?

Usually none are needed with the Sleeper Pipe mod alone.......but if you are still running the stock airbox and filter setup I would recommend you upgrade that as it is restrictive.
When you do you upgrade to a higher flowing setup you would need to go to a larger main jet.

Dave, should I change my stock air box on my 1975 DT 400?
Have not ridden it yet. So can’t comment on its performance.

That's not required to run a Sleeper Pipe....although changing your air box may improve performance?
Any more updates on your 'Sleeper Pipe's performance ?

Hi Dave, have not run it since when I last talked to you. BUT I’m going to pick your brain, if I may.
When I start it up and then shut it off, it wants to kick back like a mule...sometimes even trying to back fire. Also it runs rough in 1st and 2ng, but seems to smooth out after that 3rd ear, etc.
Any thought would be welcomed..

Sounds like your timing is too advanced and or your CDI is beginning to fail !
The Sleeper Pipe will not change basic tuning of your motor... the pipe simply works better now.
So feel free to pick "everyone's " brain here on any issues you are having ....LOL !
Lots of great folks here to help you

Bartman64,
I have one of Daves' Sleeper Pipes on my RT-3, and am running a 280 Main for San Diego (sea level) and for Johnson Valley I run a 270 (high desert circa 2400 feet). At Hungry Valley I'm running the same 270 (Grapevine mountains North of LA at 4K feet). Oh, you'll also find that you will need a new (improved) clutch. I went with Barnett plates and springs--the stockers were pulled right out...Oh, the only other changes from stock were a K&N air filter, Boyesen Reeds and milled the head .005" with no change to the squish pattern--it seems to work fine.
And, as usual, Thanks Dave!
