Why don't you do 78 pipes? All the 77-79 DT 250s and 77-78 400 use the same exact pipe. I know there are baffles and diverters inside that if removed would get you close to a full on chamber. I would certainly be interested in that!
86 YZ250S, 84 RZ350L KR, 82 IT465J, 81 YZ465H, 81 ZIT465H, 79 DT250F, 78 DT400E X 2, 78 DT175E, 77 YZ400D, 76 Bultaco 250 Pursang Mk 9, 75 DT250B

We don't do Sleepers for the smaller cc bikes because its too difficult to design a pipe without having a bike to test it with. Also It has taken hours of testing to come up with the Sleeper Pipe cones and mods for each Sleeper model we do offer. We refuse to sell a Sleeper pipe mod that is not fully tested. So no go for your HT1

We took one of those pipes in and looked at it.....because of it more modern design it does not need a sleeper cone. The pipe has a proper shape to it. The stock silencer is the biggest culprit...so no go on the 77-79 pipes

I can tell you the silencer on the 77-78 models is unbelievably restrictive. Either modify your silencer, or find an aftermarket one that flows better. Ou could “gut” a stocker, then add a slip on spark arrester to be legal. Somewhere I have a pic of one opened up - it’s here on the site somewhere . . .

HERE it is.

This one is somewhat gutted. Could do a lot more.
IF it isn't one thing, it's another.
