Is it possible the plates are not stacking up enough & the pressure plate is bottoming on the hub before compressing plates. Other than that it sounds like the adjuster in the actuator wants letting off plenty.
DT3 won't have a splined pressure plate so can't go wrong like the splined one can be fitted wrong & not go on fully. Ignore that bit as just confusing things except i run a later splind pressure plate on something of mine.

Just got it retimed and a new crank seal on dry side. It started great, hasn’t been run in about a month and it’s sounding better than I’ve ever heard it. Take it out for a ride and it wants to die on deceleration. I’ve been trying to adjust the clutch but I can’t get it to fully disengage. Might have to dig into the other side and make sure I didn’t mess anything up over there? Here’s a picture of the actuation device.

Also when adjusting I am disconnecting the throttle cable loosing the lock nut and moving the screw then holding the screw in place untill nut is tight. I’ve been tightening it untill I hit resistance and then 1/4 turn back but have tried many other spots as well.

Hey Brock, I'm sure you meant clutch cable and not throttle cable, anyway I'm wondering if the plastic piece in the picture below isn't returning all the way, flush with the case. And before anyone says anything I've replaced the broken plastic piece with the brass one from KDI.

Clutch cable not throttle i'm sure you mean't, no worries. The actuator on those does split then you lose half the useful movement. Easy to check just turn it out to inspect & grease it while its out. Otherwise if it feels like its possitive & lifting the clutch then yep ya might have to 'go in'. Just been in my 360 clutch as it happens.
Sorry haha, typing too slow & above beat me to it. Thats good.

Nothing is broken, sadly haha I find myself wishing to find some something broken more than most I think. What could be another cause on the other side.

My only other guess with my limited knowledge is the springs on the clutch pressure plate are maybe wore out...

That is possible, only issue is it was all good before I replaced the plates. I did remove those rubber rings in the clutch pack but I thought that was a suggested thing to do.
