You can also shape foam with a wire wheel for fast removal than switch to "dragon skin" or a rasp for fine tuning. To smooth the results more you can also flash it with a heat gun.

Drywall sanding blocks work well to for shaping foam, lite pressure. different grits for roughing and finishing.

Both bikes have been sold. Really hate to see the DT2 go, good little bike ! Had big plans for it but just developed a medical issue with my right arm and shoulder, so wouldn't be able to work on it this winter or ride anyways.
