Job done . At last some shocks !
The standard shocks don't actually seem to be hydraulic. Maybe that's why they call them " rear cushion".
Been electroplating today. More tomorrow along with more pictures.

Coming on nicely Dave.
My first name is Ronald (but so is my dad's, the muppet!) and one of my oldest biking mates from work always calls me Ronnie, therefore I take a special interest in this project of yours!
I assume that you already have a working headlight unit. However, if you don't and it takes a 5 inch one, then I have one on fleabay - it's not the sealed beam type either!
Alan

Cheers Al
As you probably found out with your 360,most of the time you have to get stuff from the US. It makes doing things expensive due to the postage and thieving VAT. I can't understand how you get charged postage, then the post office charges an £18 pound handling fee.
However,it's worth it in the end.
Luckily, some parts from the TY 50 & 80 fit so access to them is easy .
My head light works but is the sealed beam type as do the rest of the lights amazingly.
Next to get a quick lick is the Maico 400.Then at the end of February it's up for sale as i want the space and then regrettably my TDR as i want a DT 360. I'm also going to sell my CT3 as that's in the process of being done too as i have a CT1B to do.
More pictures later.

Did I read on another thread that you're moving to France? If so, permanently? Europe got the DT360A (I've got the Service Manual in 3 languages!), but I don't know how common they are over there now.
Unbeknown to me, a previous owner had converted the CDI to points and I spent a fair few squid replacing parts that I thought were missing! The wiring was chopped around a little bit, but I fixed that and bought one of DEET's connectors for between the 250 flywheel and 360 main wiring harness.
I don't mind paying the VAT, as we'd have to pay it over here as well, but I do object to the fee that Royal Mail and Parcelforce charge.
I don't know how the costs compare between USPS and the Global Shipping Service, but at least with the latter you pay the tax up front and nothing to our postal services.
By the by, USPS have just sent my most recent US parts purchase (an absolute bloody bargain as well!) to Brazil. Brazil, I ask you?!

No confusion really is there .United Kingdom, Brazil, easy mistake to make.
We are thinking of going back to Brittany. We used to live in a different Provence before that.
Maico is on ebay. Decided to see if it will go. If it don't ill do the clean up .
So here's Ronnie sporting the air filter assembly that Mark T sent me.

Yes you have a point there Al.
Not everyone sends stuff by USPS. They deliver to the door.No handling fee.Miles better.
Hey well you see VAT ,it should get scrapped when and if the UK comes out of the EU as it's an EU tax !
