For what it's worth, the 28mm two seal stack in my shocks give me dampening, but I do not have them on the bike under load yet so I will not know if they blow under pressure until I get my 73 MX360 done and that will take a while. So far so good, but absolutely no guarantees yet.

The rebuild is finally done . These 75 DT250 shocks not only made the rear more aggressive and beefy on my LT2 but there is a huge improvement in the damping. I only own this bike for almost two months but man I love this bike even more after a few part replacement ( front Yamaha sprocket + seal , rear JT sprocket and the Takasago Chain - Made in Japan ??) . I also have an extra exhaust tip laying around in my garage but it was little too long so had to cut it and drilled a new hole …Anyways , always thought the stock exhaust looks kinda naked w/o it ?.

Do you know how to figure out how much oil to add to these? Can't find it in the manual anywhere.
Thanks
Thanks

Add 175Cc ( 6.0 oz.) shock fluid to reservoir. Reservoir cap bolt is torqued to 175-200 in/lbs.

I made this tool out of a socket and a grinder. It's not pretty but it worked well with no slippage. The vertical cut to get it over the rod also served to place a crescent wrench to turn it. It worked well.

I bought this on Amazon:
Universal Black Finish Steel Adjustable Face Spanner Wrench Pin Pliers For Round Nuts with Drilled Holes (3mm)
I had to do a little grinding, but it worked.
