Automan, I am planning on stacking two which is iffy.  I will report back on how it works (if it works).  You can also order direct from AVX but their shipping is ridiculous.

Interesting on how none of the rebuilds I've seen mention different seals for MX?  Including the period magazine article and excellent "how to" written by a member. (Both docs can be found in Tech Library)

I guess you just have to measure...  especially since some have mentioned boring out the seal holders to fit a different seal and it's possible that machining could have been done in the past on a used set of shocks?

Mark, I read both articles in detail, the seals don't fit my MX360.  I have MX Thermal Flows and Enduro Thermal Flows, they are different.  Different springs and travel.  I have no idea if anyone has been inside my MX shocks, I am not going to open my Enduro shocks because they have dampening so I cannot do a comparison.  I will let all on this thread know if the seals I bought fit, but I guarantee the 23mm OD seals do not fit my shocks.

As always, most people here know twice as much as me so i advise that you, like me, do your own research.

I wasn't trying to say you're "wrong"...  I greatly appreciate that you posted your findings!  Helps others to know they should measure before ordering seals because the seals might not be the same on different model shocks even though it seems from the available literature they are the same.

There are definitely parts differences between the DT and MX shocks.   Literature on the shocks is not great so you might have identified previously unidentified seal difference. Thanks.

LE7316...  Nice job!

Where did you get the nice shock eye bushings?  (If you posted already, I missed it)

How about other parts like seals and o-rings?
