Finally got part throttle blubbering smoothed by changing out needle jet and needle, but bike feels a bit down on power overall.  Feels soft for a 250.
I am lugging it a bit in this video as I'm in a neighborhood.  I'm thinking it should have more off idle without dialing up throttle.

Anyway, I always want to see video content (hint hint), so I'm posting some.  Its not that great haha.
