It looks like the condenser wires are not centered in the middle could be grounded (earth) I’ve never seen the top of a condenser look like yours maybe the picture angle whoever restored your stator did a jam up job

RT325,
I've solved my spark problem. It was my new ignition coil with a shrink tubed-wire attached to the coil that was broken. I replaced the coil with a vintage DT2 coil, and that was. it. Thank you for all the trouble shooting! Eric
