You also need to upload the video to YouTube or other hosting site and post the link here.

Direct upload to this site of photos and videos doesn't work here.  But as was mentioned, due to spammers joining and posting garbage links, you need a dozen posts before you can post a link here.

Ok, I did upload the video to my Youtube channel but it still would not show up in the text after linking it. So, I guess I need more posts! I did take the cover off now and had to use a chisel to get the Phillips screws out of the cover! I'd love to post pics but can'! Also, the retaining nut on the clutch basket was only finger tight! WTF?

I think you only need two more posts to get to a dozen, then you can post links

I'm trying to picture how you used a chisel to get those screws out. While you have the case off, you might want to replace the crank seal.

I restored the two posts you deleted so one more post and then after that links should work for you.

They're all stuck together. I don't know if I would want to try separating them, or it would be better just to get them out of there so you can work on them easier.  You might be able to salvage them. If you try to separate them as a bundle while mounted, you might end up damaging them in my opinion. There's also rubber dampers that should be down in between them, unless the previous owner took them out.

To get that basket cover off you're going to need a hammer impact driver. Don't even try to turn the screws just by hand. They are JIS number 3 Phillips, though I got away with using the American Standard number 3 to get mine off with a hammer impact driver. I've since purchased a set of JIS bits.

Pressure plate screws must be out or wouldn't know nut is finger tight?

Possible someone got assembly messed up and inner hub was locking up with nut tight?  As I probably mentioned before, not uncommon for clutch to get assembled wrong if someone tries to use parts diagram to assemble on a lot of these old bikes.

Should also have a washer under inner hub nut that is bent to lock nut in place after it's tightened properly.

Good point Mark. I forgot he said the inner nut was loose.

Yes, I was able to get the clutch cover off with a chisel, which in turn I found the clutch basket nut loose as a goose. Also notice, it has a standard lock washer below the nut instead of the special Spring washer. They must have lost that one. So, I think the clutch plates are put in wrong! FYI, I have never done a clutch before so this is new to me. I have the 74 Yamaha DT360 service manual and I also have a print out of the clutch configuration. In the image, it shows the steel plates first, then the fiber plates. On the bike, I see the outer plate being a fiber instead of steel.
