I do have to tell you all. Those 3 turkeys were domesticated and NOT the wild ones we get. ( according to their Facebook Page. Yes, look them up, Newhall turkeys ) Some lady wanted to populate the wild herd and let her's loose.Well, being domesticated , those poor gals didn't fly up to the trees to roost for the night, like the wild ones. They meet the local bobcat that fateful night . AND so did I !!!!

Then there was 2.Sad day indeed my friends. BUT the good news is that Martha and Jenny-O are now living in a good place , "The Gentle Barn" out here where they will be safer to live a long life. SO...
Rest in peace , ZACKY !!!!

Anybody know just WHAT this mystery breather is?Can I take it off and clean it without parts dumping out or just leave it be?The last thing I need is parts to fall out if I remove it.

It's the drain for the carb compartment.  It's kind of a filter...  you need it or you can suck dirt up through hole and into intake.  I never removed one...  I just spray it with contact cleaner from the top.

There is no top of it. It's in the crank case, and I won't be going to split the cases.
This thing is interesting for sure.
Maybe under the oil pump?

Sorry to leave you all hanging. I haven't felt like picking up a wrench lately.
Maybe tomorrow.

The holiday’s are a time when things slow down dramatically. It has been the same here. Now’ with three projects it’s going to be go time after a few more work days. I had the great opportunity to speak with Joe Abatte regarding how his business is structured compared to the way Yama-Land was brought to fruition. There are several parallels.
Cruse for a week and a half, then comes Jan. 5 it’s more shop hours then I like to discuss. Breakout.
