I recently bought one of those cables from HVC. Looks like a fit and they were fast about shipping.

Dimensions: The overall cable is about 48 inches, the lower part around 20 inches. The part number HVC list I believe fits the 400. Didn't match my 360 part#, but it appears that it will work. I haven't installed mine yet.

I just received my cable from them yesterday. It's very nice! I wonder if they're custom made in-house? After I got it I realized that the cable guide on the top of my carburetor is broken, so I'll have to sort that before I can install the cable.
