Looks to me like the rear fender shown is just needing a paint job.
They are very hard to find in better condition & expensive if you run across one.
The front fender is used on other models so you may need to broaden your search to include DT360 & 400.
This fender is also available as a re-pop from DC plastics here in the US. www.dcvmx.com , good luck and keep us posted.

That rear fender is in a lot better shape than the fender on a DT250A I just bought!

The hubs look really nice, I would love to have a vapor blaster. I've seen Harbor Freight sand blast cabinet conversions.
Thanks Mark

It's looking good! I'm curious as to why the powder coat on the frame was not a win. Is it the results, cost or something else that was not wrth it?

Here are some better shots of the rear fender, maybe its not so bad. I would have it sand blasted and repaint it myself but I'm not that good. I cant understand when you use etching primer and what kind of paint goes with etched primer, when do I use epoxy etc. A painter I'm not. I painted my top triple with VHT Roll bar Satin and I can scratch it off with my thumbnail.. I did the same on the bottom triple and its hard as rock, and no, I dont have a carbide thumbnail, :) , so I'm not sure where I went wrong there.

Thanks for compliment on the work. The cost is the main issue with the powder coat. It was $460... included swingarm, tool tray, skidplate. I also had a bunch of stuff sand blasted as part of that package.

The vapor hone is cool and leaves a nice "peened" finish so it wont corrode or rust in the future. I just cleared the hubs as well as the front wheel and I like how it looks. Vapor blast/hone is $100 an hour here and I had 2 hours of service plus a commitment to promote on social media. I had hubs, engine cases, fork lowers, and a bunch of other small stuff done. I found a guy near me who is a machine builder and restores 50's Corvettes to do my vapor work.

Ooph. I've never priced out powder coating or vapor blasting, but you just confirmed my assumptions. I could not afford to do those processes and stay under my total cost target. Fortunately I have access to use a top notch sandblaster, and I enjoy painting with spray bombs as best I can.
