I am about to start restoring a 1974 DT250A and both the front and rear fenders need repainting. Does anyone know the proper paint code or color name for the silver on the fenders?

If you had searched Ebay for a rear fender for a DT-1A, the proper designation for your bike, you would come up with these:
That's a used fender.
For a NOS one, check:
When I had my crash T-bone crash moving between Johnson Valley and Hungry Valley outside of Lancaster, CA in 2019, I badly needed a new gas tank, rear fender, etc. I got lucky, right off the bat. I helps to search for what the bikes were called back then.
