Hey I used a RD400 light switch for my ht1 and ct1c  fit perfect and had the correct number of wires just painted black not polished great for a non concours bike. 2fastmoto and niche carry it

Without looking at it, extra toggle is likely for lights on-off, not kill.  LT had lights on-off in the ignition switch.

Hey Mark T the Rd400 doesn’t have the headlight on off switch only the hi lo, horn and turn signals. This is the best forum on the internet I’m so glad I joined its members like you that offer so much help. I got my first Yamaha in 1970. Do it in the dirt!!

Thanks I'll give them a shout, although I did order "Daytona Blue" for my Suzuki, and it turned out to be the other "Daytona Blue" (also called Arctic Mist, metal flake darker)
