Hi Guys,
I'm going to list the F3T250 magneto and the strator that works with it. My question is, can I offer it here or just go to fleabay or fb market? I'd rather someone has first here choice if needed.
Or should I keep it? I am restoring Yamaha Enduros now and wondering..... can I have too many parts?
I appreciate any input.

Do they even make "too many parts"? That's like having too much fun!

I kept my original CDI, stators and flywheels from my 360A and 400B which I have converted to points and condenser. My thoughts are that I will never use them, but whoever ends up with my bikes someday might want them.

You can offer it here. There is a for sale and wanted section.
One thing... your CT3 has a 130mm diameter stator and the DT175 CDI you have has a 120 mm stator. Did someone make an adapter plate or modify it to fit the CT3 engine?
Also, you probably have the 78-79 CDI which has 7 wires. 80-81 had 6 wires.

Once I figure out how to post pics, I will. The strator was modified. They cut the screw holes open. Again I will post pics when able. This is a hack job set up but it ran!

You now have enough posts for the site to allow you to post photos, although you'll need to use something like Imgur (I copy and paste the BB code link).

Thanks Mark. I'm looking to fix up other bikes so Maybe I'll just keep them in case.
