I noticed the choke but I sent it stright back,the pin would be possible to fix but with the slide and bore damage it wasnt worth the price.

The carb I replaced on the TY250 that I got the PWK item for had exactly the same issue. Obviously forced down the bore of the body (WHY do people do these things????!!

I understand searching for another unit. In the meantime, could you retrieve the pin and try to effect a repair?

I do believe a DT400 carb would work ok. Do you have access to an online parts book(s) website? Maybe make some comparisons between the 360A and 400 B/C carburetor parts, jetting, etc. to get an idea. Just trying to widen your search is all.

I have been offered a 400 carb so I will go with that for now,i need to find a list of jet sizes etc
