Checked my voltage at the right front turn signal. It goes to 6 volts but then drops to 3 volts not zero. If it had a bad flasher I think it would do both sides but it isn't. Check all the bulbs they are fine. I am missing something.

My guess is you may have a "brown" connected to a "chocolate brown" someplace or places.

Some WD-40 on a paper towel and clean the wire insulation by the connector.
