But look at the size of that plate they want on the back of the bike. It's like the license plate itself could serve as a backrest!

), but Blackhat's rear light unit is an original UK fitment. I think that we were the only market to get that style and, as you may well already know, they were fitted to many of our road bikes as well.

Here’s my DT having just got back from the first run in run….feeling good! Funny that the last couple of posts have been about tail lights, as you can see I bobbed mine about 20 years ago so the big unit didn’t fall off while green laneing. I actually prefer the minamalist look but will probably get some stick for it.
Thanks again for all the advice so far…..still got the electrics to sort!

Oh my... You poor fella's in the UK... that tail light would cause me to wear a bag out riding about...
I'm quite fond of my stock USA tail lamps...

Warm weather but managed to get out for a nice ~70 mile loop before the fires started out here in California.
McCloud Reservoir, water color is even more impressive in person.
Looking south from Grizzly Peak, rather hazy so the views were not as as good as they normally would be.
Mt Shasta from the SE.
Loving the XT250 more with every ride. Looks like after the slimming diet (since it had hardly any plastics and an FMF exhaust) it's sub 250lbs wet now.
