Did this turn into a which oil is best thread?

The answer is it’s subjective and no right or wrong answer?

Also why is a circle round?

Oil thread?  Nah.

It seems more like a sideways attempt to spam this site and to get members interested in paying for a membership that appears to basically get you GPS directions and some rudimentary support for GPS guided rides...  the thing is many of us here have bought complete bikes for less than the price of one membership/ride...  and we complained that we probably paid too much!

Not likely many will spend a few hundred on a ride?

Also I'm fairly certain from looking the "catalog" over that the organizers may have seen pictures of the AT/CT/DT models that are the main focus of this site but may have no real-life experience with them...  even the "vintage" ride doesn't look that suitable for these bikes but hard to tell...  not much info but the altitude and climb rate charts look like it would probably need a 360/400 and extra fuel to make the loops.

But maybe someone would enjoy their rides...  I'd feel better if they contacted Mako and bought banner ads for their events to support the site rather than posting topics to disguise the ads.  .  .

Let's put it this way, I can insure three classic bikes for £85 with a value of 13k fully comp . I would call them vintage. Niche bikes in a niche market for niche people.
