Just bought a 1974 DT250 today. Looking forward to fixing it up and keeping it running. I’ve restored a 69 Dodge Charger, but have no experience with motorcycles. Will be a fun challenge.

Owned the Charger over 40 years. Owned the DT250 just over 24 hours.

Thanks for posting your pics. Both very nice. I was coming up when both were being handed off to their 3rd or 4th owner. A classmate redid a light yellow 383 basket case. First time seeing someone experiencing an obsession. One of the best car designs of that era. Still holds up. They looked fast on blocks. The same goes for the 74 line of enduros!

Hi All .. I’m from Ontario, Canada and my father in-law just gifted me this sweet ride B) ... It currently isn’t running (hopefully soon) but 1st I have to figure out exactly what model Yamaha it is?? :S .. Cheers!!!
