Yes! 

& think someone said--wire it into the blue in the headlight that powers the instrument bulbs then its live everywhere that's running on AC when the lights are on. I could corrected--or given thumbs up on that though. & ground mounted to the Frame or an earth wire if need to be if mounted not earthed, like some are on the plastic air filter box.
