I hope so, I sent the Yamaha Dating letter along with all the original info so they know its a DT400, but maybe now Ive included the email from Yamaha that might help, Ive checked all my other V5's and you are correct, no model codes on any

I'm with the AA and I had the same issue - DT400's don't exist!

Mine is a UK model.

Its insured as a RD400 and they said that's ok!
