Mine is a ´75 DT and has the FOTO1971 as well. It´s also mentioned in the manual of the ´75 bike. Should be stock at least at later european bikes as well.

Yamaha parts lists show the 1M1 flywheel fitting the 250 points models from 1974-1978... there were definitely different "F0T0" numbers on the flywheels through those years...
It's possible that they are interchangeable though.

Well, from all the replies I think it's safe to say my stator / flywheel is for the elusive 1974 DT250A
