yep I used devcon years ago, good stuff. But I have become fond of the LPS strong steel stick , just cut it off and knead, very very durable. The permatex equivalent not so good .

Thanks your piston has certainly got the project started. There are some CT1 pistons on ebay. Im looking forward to seeing how it turns out. thanks again.
