cylinder stud torque value was created by hcdiiiga

1973 DT3. I'm sure this has answered before, but I can't find it. I'm putting new studs into a new left case half. Don't see a torque value for the studs in the service manual or Clymer other than the general chart for bolts by diameter.  Also i've read everything from putting blue loctite, assembly lube, anti-seize, to nothing on the threads. Advice will be appreciated.

I could be wrong (it's a good possibility) but I always thought studs only needed to be snugged and not torqued.

Ok, from the likes on Airbornesilva's post, I'm just going to snug them in.

Thanks
