So hard to tell... it's definitely worth a few hundred stripped for parts but I wouldn't do that to it... It's screaming to be brought back to life. Really depends on the seller and the buyer. I've seen bikes like that where the seller is super happy to get $100.
Then another seller swears once it's running you can get $7500 for it on ebay... and they want $2500 for it.

Hahahaha. That coil placed there like that and being from a car made me laugh.
Here, complete original ATs sell for between £2200 and £3750 and some are really nice.
Restored ones go between £3250 and £5000.
Some dreamers have nearly complete wrecks for £1000 to £1700 but usually its the hard to find bits that are missing.
To my English eyes id pay up to $800 for that but boot him in the balls and say $300 first.
You never know your luck. Either way ,i'd buy it.

I like your way of thinking.
What parts are generally missing and/or hard to find on an AT2 ?

Common things that are needed (in my experience ) and hard to find are; turn signals, original mirrors, decent gauges, yellow side reflectors, and most of all - exhaust baffle.
Yours even has the governor advance with its 7 mm bolt. People took that off trying to fix a charging issue and it gets misplaced.
Chainman from your comment are you the seller ?
