Im in the restoration process and hope mine looks like this when Im done.
I plan to give this to my oldest, looking for another for my

With main crank bearings that rusty, I'd be rebuilding the crankshaft.
Rod bearing might feel smooth now but all it takes is a tiny bit of corrosion on the pin, the bearing surface of the rod, or one of the needle rollers (any of which is impossible to see without pressing the crank apart) for the rod bearing to fail in a couple hundred miles. Been there, done that.

I like your workbench setup. What kind of metal trays are those?
My wife got new cookie sheets for Christmas, so I have been using the old ones she was tossing out, but they are much smaller than the ones I see on your bench.
