That bike sounds great to me, none of mine run significantly different than what I hear there; I experience the surging frequently as well especially coasting downhill with throttle closed. My bigger concern is that you keep riding and passing oncoming cars ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!

No, you guys are on the wrong side which is the right side, the left side is the right side which is our side, or to put it more simply, left is right

Yes but that's a lean surge not a rich surge slowing down like these bikes are known for. That's the danger with lean, seizing. Rich you'll come to no harm--just annoying.

Update, definitely improved.
I did the following one at a time and tested after each mod.
I started with raising the needle one clip and although it was better off throttle it didn't run as nice when on throttle.
I left the needle in the new position and adjusted the air screw in half a turn and the surging was acceptable and what I imagine is normal.
Put the needle into the original position and it runs as good as yesterday when on throttle and the surging is acceptable.
It seems that the pilot circuit was running too lean.
I will endeavor to get her running as sweet as possible.
Thanks for the help guys, it's always appreciated.
