Ok MarkT. I bought some OEM frictions and springs to be sure.
I’ll need to make up my mind on the rubber rings.
Thank you.

MarkT,
Just remembered I had some new EBC frictions (In photo next to CT’s) for my TY175C. I looked at them and realized that the frictions on the CT are very worn out and almost completely smooth.
I ordered some OEM frictions and springs to be sure.

Tnx

I remembered I had some new EBC plates for my TY175C. Comparing them to the ones from the CT show how worn out and smooth the CT’s are.
Tnx.

Installed OEM friction plates. Clutch works well. Problem solved.
FYI, friction plates we replaced were very worn out and were made out of a phenolic type material vs. thé OEM’s which are made of metal.
