Ok i went to 17.59 & a bit beyond to the next shaft i think--for a look. [In my opinion] don't worry about that. Nothing's going to change unless its run dry & destroyed washers. Probably just doing it because someone will point it out if he doesn't.

Nope.  But you should be able to download it by clicking on the folder picture with the down arrow near the top right.
