Got a reply back from the ebay seller in the UK, he didn't give me a straight answer. I'm leaning towards the Shinko 3.50 and then put a 4.10 on the back so it wont look too out of place. The previous owner has a Dunlop K190 4.10 on back now (that's pretty much wore out), that clears no problem.

Well crap, they don't make the Shinko 241 in 4.10, only 4.00 but they do make the 244 size 4.10 but of course they only have 2.75-19 for front...
