That makes two of us Wes!  I hope to one day get me a 3D printer, one of my plans is to print the plastic piece that goes in the front of the carb on my GT80 and connects to the intake.  The one I have is in good shape but figure spares would be a good idea.  I of course would need someone smart enough to 3D model it as I don't have a clue on how to do that.

Installed the airbox late tonight. I will take a look at the carburetor tomorrow and try running it.

Float height was so far off, the pilot jet wasn’t not even getting fuel. Adjusted that, checked the needle which was in the leanest setting and bumped it to the middle position. Choked off the air screw about 1 turn( still need to go up a size on the pilot jet). Running so good the clutch is slipping when it gets in the power. Way more responsive than I remember it being last time I rode it with the pod street filter on it.

I’m hoping a richer pilot will get the idle to drop a little quicker. 40:1 fuel at the moment.
