Okay, so it starts but only “runs” with the choke on and it smokes a toooooon. I managed to ride it but it was pretty janky, surging and such. I took the main jet out and cleaned it again. Same issue. Here is a video link,

OK, a few possibilities. It's rediculously lean & gaspy. First thought is it has an at2 piston fitted with holes in the skirt. Ok not that?. Then the right side seal has been pushed out but think you said it looked OK. Maybe if pushed "straight out" & still sitting square on you could think it's ok but look again at the outer edge. Or it's pushed the left seal out behind the mag. I'll place money on it being one of those three options. Easy to check piston inlet side just pull the carb & view piston skirt. Right side produces lots of smoke as drinks transmission oil.

Hey , thanks for the reply. There is soooo much smoke when it’s running. Not sure if that’s because it hasn’t ran in a while? And it was puking out oil from the exhaust port on the cylinder head. It’s not as bad now ? And I put my hand on the back of the carb and my hand got soaked with gas spewing out when I advanced the throttle. Hmm. I’ll check said things!

"Main jet" has zero to do with the throttle setting you're using. You really need to clean the pilot jet very carefully.

You say "Fuel spewing out the carb mouth onto your hand", that's the key. Look in past the carb at the piston skirt for reed inlet holes. Then look in the exhaust port for a reed piston turned back to front so reed holds visible there. Have seen that mistake made before.
