Your CT1-B has a later tripple tree under bracket (twin clamp bolts), crown looks to be the original with the two piece silver handlebar clamps.

Would have thought yours would have steel lower sliders like my AT1 but i see yours are alloy like CT2 if i'm thinking right. Shouldn't affect the distance between though.

 5&3/8 for my AT1 with steel sliders. I see the lower axle lug on the right side steps in. So might account for your axle being a bit short with later forks.
Actualy it doesn't show the ofset axle in the drawings--i'll go get a pic to explain.
