You need a fuse between battery and key switch.

A lot of people get confused with the two female red connectors and one male red connector in harness.  You might still have everything there except the fuse holder that plugs between the two females.

Green/yellow is front brake light.

The dark greens and dark browns do fade or darken over the years, and it doesn't help that the positive wires that exit the indicators are black instead of dark green or dark brown!

Faded or not, there aren't any wires with a similar colour at the back end of the bike. In the headlight bowl, just make sure that you id the wires that go into the (originally!) dark green and dark brown triple connectors - front indicator, warning light in tacho and indicator switch on the handlebars.
