Unfortunately I have to go back into the clutch side and figure out why it’s not disengaging when I pull the lever. My adjustments up at the bars and down at the engine do nothing……..

Clutch was fine. Plates were just stuck together which is odd because I had the clutch apart so I could measure plates and springs.

Took it for a ride…….and it won’t up shift. It finds first and neutral but that’s it. I could use some suggestions because I’m not a tranny man. So far all I’ve done is verify that the shifter isn’t hitting the side case. Not that that’s ever happened to me. 

This is a DT360A. Maybe it will help. Same trans I think for most part.

Make sure the RED dots are aligned on EACH OTHER. In this picture, they are not as this was during dis or assembly. Maybe check out the spring and see if installed correct on trans shaft. Last, maybe needs adjustment at shifter shaft to center rachet where you want it. 

The TRANS SHAFT has dot at end of teeth that I THINK is meant to align w/the TEARDROP pointer on the shifter shaft

Thanks! Looks like I’ll be going back in the right side cover….again. My grandson is staying with us until Monday, so I won’t get at it until later next week. I hope I don’t end up having to split the cases.
