There are two people of interest who are cooperating with the authorities under threat of stolen property trafficking charges.
There are also two people in custody with either Burglary charges, Theft charges, or Tradficking stolen property charges, or a combination of the above.
There is also a person of interest related to the Hodaka who they are looking for.
We also lost 3 high end mountain bikes which no one has any great expectation of recovering, and a variety of other stuff.
Hope springs eternal!
IF it isn't one thing, it's another.

So I was awakened by the pooch early today, and surfed on a few sites hoping that maybe, just Maybe more of the stuff would show up. Lo and behold. . .
Well - the adrenalin glands started working overtime! I got ahold of the detective, who started working on his end. After about 45 minutes of high level internet sleuthing, I was able to get his name, Facebook page, date of birth, and even some criminal history. All via publicly available sites!
About an hour ago, we converged on the location and were able to retrieve the last motorcycle, mostly unmolested.
We will have some TLC to do, but it runs, shifts, the expensive bits are all there and my sone is visibly pretty happy about the whole mess!

You might decide to send the Hodaka down to Yam-Land in California so I can watch over it with my herd..

This one was the prize. It’s a big deal. My son nearly broke down he was so happy. He’s been pretty stalwart, but this was his “baby”!

Never underestimate the power of prayer. Maybe the satisfaction of the recoveries and seeing the various dirt-bags brought to justice will ease some of the pain and anxiety you and your family have had to endure. Having your possessions stolen is a personal violation and I hope the judge takes this into account and hands out a harsh punishment. You must have a deep feeling of satisfaction because of your involvement in the recoveries. I'm happy as hell for you. Way to go!! I was just finishing up what I'd normally call a pretty good day....but now it's even better. Thanks for sharing the good news.

"Here come da Judge, Here come da Judge" This is too good to be true. Although I live in Florida, it might be worth the price of a round-trip plane ticket to come to WA and see the proceedings first-hand. Thanks for making my day even more brighter. To quote my idol Harry Callahan "Go ahead......make my day."
