GOOD NEWS...SHE'S ALIVE!! Received my Motion Pro puller today so I took the flywheel off and had to do a bit of sanding to get a spark. I sprinled a bit of gas in the plug hole and with ONE kick the old Yammie came to life! I had taken the carb off already and it wasnt to bad either. It had what looked to be maple syrup that I poured out so it wasnt all that sticky gooey crap and should clean up fairly easy.. I took a look at the other frame I had bought for $20 a few years back and ill be moving the motor over to it as it isnt nlnowhere near as rusty as the one its in now..I now feel happy with the $100 I gave for this bike.

Mark, That is a beautiful S90 and an early one at that. I live in the Daytona Beach area and bike week is just about to start. Used to see an S90 or CB160 or two but no more. So many of us are getting older and maybe those guys don't make the drive down any more. Still, beautiful bike! I am attaching a photo of mine taken at my fave 7-11 (there are trees to park beneath) on a Slurpee run.

Great Job Darren !
About the seat-pan, its a AT2 which should fit. May need some measuring from you. Couple of small cracks that can be welded up with no problem. I will sand blast it and send you some pictures. The pipe was for a DT2-3.
