E bay UK DT 1 E was created by shyted
So then, who bought the DT1 E for sale in Reading on ebay UK last night?
I watched it rocket in price from £1550 to £1950 in the last ten seconds of bidding.
Gr8uncle was after it and one of the other forum members.

Not me!
The price was fair enough, but more than I was prepared to spend on a bike that I don't actually need. Also, the cost of the handful of missing parts could soon sky rocket.
The extra info that the vendor added was as a result of me contacting him and he contacted me just before the auction ended to say that the lights did actually work after all!
Hopefully the new owner will join the forum, if not already a member.

Hi Al, i was wondering if you had a twitchy bidding finger or not.
Yes regarding the lights ,he probably found the extra position on the ignition switch.

Last time my finger got twitchy I ended up with a RD400 with a, shall we say, interesting history! Very few of these ebay bikes are what they first appear to be.
I see that you're putting together a shopping list for your trip stateside!
