New to the site was created by Craz1

Hi Guys, Im restoring a DT1 for a friend. Its been in his family since new and need a little work. There are a few things left to correct and this looks like a good site.

The DT1 is a bit different than the bikes I normally work on as my user name would suggest. Kawasaki Z1900's are my favorite by also have a 1972 Xs2 650, RD350, GS1100GL, CB550, and (5) z1900. I also have several modern bikes I ride

Here is a photo with the tank on for the correct positioning. The tank was pretty yellow and we tried to get the pearl close to the original. Not Sure if we succeeded as I have nothing to compare. I will post a few other photos at some point

He has a few photos of his mother riding the bike.

Welcome from NZ. I had a pearle white one new but no color pics from then, Be intersting to compare numbers. Think i can find mine up here somewhere. On my numbers the postoffice put a C instead D in one number but ignore that.
Your i must say is coming on better than new--wow.

As i said, ignore the C & call it a D.
Being classed as Oceania i don't know if that changes things so far numbers go.
Do they just roll of the assembly line one after the other in number sequence then plucked for different parts of the world.
Something i'd never noticed too--she an Enouro. Hard to get good help haha.
Good to have pics working again too thanks to Makotosun i guess as administrator.
I'm way behind as usual.

RT325 I see where it says chassis no. It is actually an (O) instead of what should be a (D) and again where it says model it says En(O)URO where is should be En(D)URO, I bet the either the clerk was not very bright or the typewriter machine had a problem with the keys, as both mistakes should have been (D) but typed out (O)?

Yep i was reading the O mistake as a C but maybe ya right.
I looked at the keyboard & C is below D. But then again i guess back then they'd be using an old style type writer.
& yes Enouro too haha. Fun looking back though.
