Another reason for checking in there is to see if it's been converted to points ignition. Please don't ask me why I'm mentioning this................!!!

that is why I encouraged him to accept my offer as it sits without trying to start it.

UPDATE
The sellers can't find the title to the late brothers 360. They spent 2 hours at the SOS and have the wheels in motion to get a title. Not sure how long that will take. The local police had to come verify the VIN#. They agreed to let me take the bike home on Saturday as they wrap up the missing title. Great people I'm dealing with. This bike is only 9 miles from my house.
