Welcome from NZ. Need a little more info please.
I'm guessing you've been reading posts on the site from similar problems but i'm pretty much stuck in exhaust mode. So you removed the 'complete tail muffler' out of the main chamber.
Did you go for a run like that--noisy as--& it ran no better?.
Only asking because someone may just remove the end cap & baffle but the spark arrestor deeper down is full of carbon. Plus grows where that tail pipe engages into the main chamber. Sorry i wasn't going to harp on--but i did lol.
Does it not want to rev out or how would you describe running rough as guts--mid-range blubber then gets over it.
Or just gets to about half revs & limits at that despite more throttle.
Video with good audio helps of course if possible.
Probably no use coming up with lots of random ideas just yet. but sounds like you're onto the usual stuff ie filter & baffle.
Thanks for coming on board.
Hope it makes sense, i keep adding bits in the middle.

Hello from Florida, I'd go with what RT325 (AKA Morley), said as my first course of action. You'd be surprised how much carbon builds up in the pipes.
