Yes it is... but sure looks a lot more like a US model.

My point was that the US version of the Haynes manuals were often modified to fit US models... Specifically the model name information was one of the things they would change. With car names... The US Haynes would call the US model by the US name when that same car might have a very different name in the UK. Taurus and Cortina come to mind...

It was a long time ago so I might have those names wrong but the US Haynes would call it a Taurus and the UK version would call it a Cortina. Most of the manual was identical but key sections and specs were changed to fit the country.

Ah, the Ford Cortina, now you're taking me back to my teen years! The old man had a gorgeous Mk III 1600GT. Like a lot of British cars of that era, though, rust ate away virtually all of the metal. :Boo Hoo
