Nothing particularly special there . Try Niche cycle or JetsRus , either should be able to supply
what you need .

The OEM part number you quoted is a Mikuni VM 22/210/60 pilot jet .
Niche cycle stock them , and on their website there is a clear picture of the jet ,
so you can be sure you're ordering the correct style of pilot jet .

60 sounds huge but i'm mainly used to about 25--30--35 max. But i see partzilla says 50, so i learn more every day.

I retrieved this part number from Babbitts listed for the DT250. Im really just chasing my tail now and dont know what I need. My homework shows me that a stock carb was the VM28SS #43860 with a #60 pilot jet according to the tech library here.
My Carb shows on the front 438 / 60.. is there something Im missing?

Have you bought a carb with no jet fitted, or is your bike playing up & have a reason to start there at that point.

Can you post a picture of your carb and show the number markings?

Lets get back on track here. I have a carburetor that came with the bike. Lets identify this first against what the manual says it came with. No it doesnt have a pilot jet to reference.
It is a mikuni and it reads:
438
60
and this is located on the face just in front of the choke. The part number according to the manual in this tech library shows this part number being that of the VM28SS. Can we confirm this is that carburetor based on this information?
